How to Get a Good Drop in the Falador Drop Party Room on RuneScape

Falador drop parties are lucrative opportunities for "Runescape" players to find incredibly valuable goods and piles of gp, the game currency. These drop parties attract an enormous amount of players, all with the hopes of striking it rich. While the competition may be fierce, there are techniques and habits that can be implemented to improve one's odds of coming out with a good drop.

  Log onto World 102 if you are a free-to-play member, and either World 102 or World 103 if you are a pay-to-play subscriber. Drop parties are held only in these two Worlds. Drops in the pay-to-play world will be generally more valuable because people are bound to drop expensive pay-to-play only items.

  Go to the Falador bank and be on the lookout for announcements. The bankers will broadcast when a drop party will occur and how valuable each drop party will be.

  Pick and choose the drop parties that you want to attend. There most likely will not be any good drops for parties worth less than 50,000 gp, but you'll want to attend parties worth one million or more gp. The time for every drop party will be announced, and you will have ample time to get to the Drop Party Room, located at the northeastern corner of Falador.

  Stay in one spot and wait for the balloons to appear. Try not to move around too much, as balloons will pop up everywhere. There is almost no way you will be able to run to a balloon and pop it because there is bound to be someone standing right next to it. Just stay where you are, keep your run setting on, and pop as many balloons as you can. Statistically speaking, the more balloons you pop, the more of a chance you will find a valuable item.
