How to Make a Den in WolfQuest

Once you have found a mate in "WolfQuest," the next mission is to find and create a den. Ideally, you should choose a den that is far from other wolf packs but close to a food source. As such, you might want to explore several den options before settling on one. After you have created a den, you will be able to have a littler of wolf pups.

Instructions

  Wait for a message to pop up on the screen. It will explain your mission and give you an overview of what to do. When you have read it, click "Okay."

  Begin running in any direction. You will find a den regardless of what direction you run, so just start exploring.

  Watch for a den icon to appear on the compass. Once you see one, head straight toward it.

  Take notice of how bright or dim the den icon on the compass is. The more faint it is, the farther away you are. The brighter it is, the closer you are to the den.

  Keep running until a message titled "Nearby Den" pops up. It will tell you that there is a den close by and explain that if you claim it, you will be able to have a litter. The den icon on the compass has turned to a gold circle now that you are close.

  Search the area to find the den. If the den icon turns back to white, you are moving out of range of the den. Dens can be a pile of rocks or a large hole near a tree.

  Move closer to the object you think might be a den.

  Wait to see if a message titled "Choose Den" pops up. If it does, you have found the den. If it does not, keep looking.

  Read the "Choose Den" message after it appears. It will explain the benefits and drawbacks of the den location.

  Decide whether you want to raise your litter in this den. If so, click "Make this my den." If not, click "Keep looking."

  Continue to look for a den until you have found one that is satisfactory.

  Wait for a message titled "Mission Complete" to appear after you have claimed a den. It will recommend that you save your game and explain that the next step is to prepare for a litter of puppies.
