Firewall
Change your computer's firewall settings so that it will allow the Big Fish Game Manager program to download, install and store your purchased games. Go to the Start menu. Click on "Control Panel" and double-click on the Windows Firewall. Click on "Allow a program through Windows Firewall." Click on the "Exceptions" tab in the "Windows Firewall Settings" dialogue box that opens up. Scroll down the list in the Exceptions and click on the box next to any of these three files: "bgfclient.exe," "bfgprocess.exe" and "bfggameservices.exe." Click "OK."
Game Manager
Change the Big Fish Games "Game Manager" settings. Click on the "Game Manager" icon to open the "Game Manager" window. Click on "Options" and select "Advanced Options." Click "Default recommended" and click "OK." If the program still won't install, change the Game Manager setting to "Alternate Method" and try downloading and installing it again.
206 Error
If you receive a 206 activation error, it may be that you purchased the game with a different email address and password, the game was not purchased or it was refunded by customer support. Open the Big Fish Games Game Manager. Click the "Sign Out" button on the upper right-hand part of the screen. Close the Game Manager window. Go to Big Fish Games' website and sign in with your other email address and password. Click on "Purchase History." Find "Rhiannon" on the list and click the "Install Now" button to activate the game. Watch your computer screen; you may be asked to type in the correct email address and password prior to the download.
Running Programs
Sometimes a game download will be interrupted, which can affect installation of the game. To prevent this, turn off any running download managers or music download programs. Pause or temporarily disable real-time virus scanners or anti-spyware scans, and turn them back on as soon as you have finished downloading the game.
