How to Complete the CFA Level on Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell if the Elevator Is Not Working

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is a popular video game that involves using a mixture of stealth and smarts to complete several objectives in different environments. One of the environments is CIA headquarters, where there are several elevators that need to be used for transportation. One in particular can be tricky to access because it will lock unless you have completed all the objectives. If you get a message about the CIA computers when you access the elevator, then you need to go back and complete some extra objectives.

Instructions

- 1
  Load Splinter Cell and play through the game until you reach the CIA level. Play through the CIA level until your objective is to access the CIA mainframe.

  Head down the stairs to access the mainframe before you enter the room with the turret. If you are in the room with the turret, then back-track to a room with a large number of computers and look for a door with a greenish-blue tint. This is the room you need to enter to find the server.

  Head back to the room with the turret through the door behind the turret and the elevator should be active.

  Load Splinter Cell and restart the mission. When you have to video tape the elevator, then it will appear as its supposed to and you can record the conversation and continue the mission.
