Feed
One of the options you can do in this game is to feed the Pocket Emo child. You can give it a hamburger when it is hungry. Sometimes the Emo child will complain about the quality of the food, what is on it or sometimes he may refuse the food altogether. Feeding the Emo child can help his overall attitude over time.
Play
The Emo child almost always refuses to play. In the game, he would rather wallow in sadness than play with someone else. If you are able to get your Emo child happier through feeding it and interacting with it on other levels, he may decide to play with the ball. Usually playing with the ball will not improve the child's happiness.
Razor
The Emo child will not interact with the razor. There is no purpose to the razor other than to annoy the Emo child. If you attempt to give the child the razor, he will lose hearts rather than gain them, so it is best to avoid the razor altogether. When given the razor, the child will say funny sayings such as "cut it out."
Diary
The diary is one of the best ways to improve the happiness of the Emo child. The Emo child believes that the diary understands his life and makes him feel better. You can use the diary to get the Emo child to open up to other items, such as food or listening to music. The Emo child will interact with the diary more than anything else other than music.
Music
Music is the best way to find out what the Emo child wants to do or listen to. Whatever is on the child's mind will appear as a thought bubble above his head. Other than the razor, everything else that the Emo child thinks of can help improve his mood. If you don't know what to give the Emo child, give him music to determine what he wants to do.
