How to Open a Ticket Concerning Mail in World of Warcraft

"World of Warcraft" is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game for the PC that requires a monthly subscription. In return for the subscription, you receive access to a 24/7 support that can help you with nearly any technical problem you experience in the game. One common problem players come across is not receiving their mail or not being able to access it properly. If this is happening to you, you can open a ticket to have a member of the support team assist you with the matter.

  Log into your account and the character you are having issues accessing your mail with.

  Click the "?" button on the bottom toolbar to open a list of frequently-asked questions. This toolbar is the one you use to select your quest journal and equipment screen.

  Click "Open a Ticket" on the right-side of the screen. A small window, similar to an email message, appears.

  Describe your problem with the game's mailing system and click "Send." The "World of Warcraft" support team will review your issue, and they will contact you through the game's chat system, if you are online when they begin resolving the issue, or via the email address attached to your game account.
