Basketball is a complex, fast-paced game. Playing tough on defense keeps your opponents' score low while forcing turnovers and giving your team more scoring opportunities. Steals, blocks and fouls are among the weapons in the defense arsenal. The chase-down block is a special move -- popularized by the NBA's LeBron James -- in which the player on defense chases an opposing player driving to the basket, comes in laterally or from behind and blocks his shot.
