How to Make a Team in Pokemon Crater

"Pokemon Crater," which has been renamed "Pokemon Vortex," is an online game in which players capture, train, battle and compete with other users as well as pre-made computer-controlled characters. When creating an account, users pick one starter Pokemon for their team. As the game progresses, players can capture additional Pokemon through battling and the use of PokeBalls. These captured Pokemon can then be added to your party to create an even stronger Pokemon team.

Instructions

  Open your Web browser and navigate to the "Pokemon Vortex" website. Click the "Log In" button at the top of the screen.

  Select an area of the map you want to explore by clicking the "Map" button. Move your player around by clicking the blue arrows at the right of the screen. You will receive an event below this when a wild Pokemon appears.

  Weaken the wild Pokemon until it's almost passed out. Select the "Throw PokeBall" option at the bottom of the screen. If you have fewer than six Pokemon, the captured Pokemon will automatically be added to your team.

  Edit your Pokemon team by clicking "My Account," then "Your Team." Your current team will be displayed on the screen. Click the "Move Up" or "Move Down" button to rearrange the order in which Pokemon fight. Remove Pokemon from your team by clicking the "Release" button.

  Switch Pokemon out by clicking the "Change Pokemon in Team" button at the top of the screen. All previously captured Pokemon will be displayed. Click the "Add" button to add the creatures to your team.
