Attaching the Screenshot Directly to the Ticket
Visit the official Nexon website, and type your account email into the blank "Email or ID" text field, then type your account password into the blank "Password" text field. Click "Login." The page will reload with the "Manage Account" bar across the top of the page.
Click "Get Support" located on the "Manage Account" bar at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the "My Tickets" page. Click "Submit a Ticket" and you will be redirected to the "Ticket Submission" page.
Fill out each required field in the "Ticket Description" window. Once completed, scroll down to the "Options" window. Click "Browse" located in the "Attachment" tab. Windows Explorer will appear - navigate to the screenshot you wish to attach. Select it, then click "Open." The screenshot is now attached to the ticket. Click "Finish," and the ticket has now been submitted to Nexon.
Attaching the Photo's URL to the Ticket
Visit a photo hosting website. Follow the website's specific instructions to create an account. Once your account has been created, upload the screenshot you want to submit to Nexon.
Navigate to the photo options and locate the photo's direct URL. Select the entire URL's text then right click on it. A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down and select "Copy" from the list of available options.

Fill out each required field in the "Ticket Description" window until you reach the "Details" tab. Write a descriptive letter detailing the reason for submitting this specific ticket to the "Support Center." After the body of text, right click the blank text area. A drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down and select "Paste" from the list of available options. The direct URL of the screenshot will be added below the body text. Click "Finish" and the ticket has now been submitted to Nexon.
