How to Get Collection Tablets in Virtual Villagers 3

While playing any game in the "Virtual Villagers" series, players can choose to collect various items that appear randomly on the island. In "Virtual Villagers 3: The Secret City," players can collect stone tablets. Although collecting these tablet pieces is not crucial to the storyline in the game, procuring these items helps unlock achievement trophies. With a little patience and a discerning eye, you can find each piece of the tablet collection and earn your trophy.

Instructions

  Complete puzzle 7, which involves uncovering the ruins. Train researchers and earn enough tech points to purchase level 2 of restoration technology. Place a villager and the villager chief on the pile of rubble to begin the uncovering process. Once the ruins are uncovered, tablets will begin appearing on the island.

  Listen for the sound of a gong. The gong signifies that a collectible has appeared somewhere on the map.

  Search all areas of the island for a tablet piece. Use the number pad hotkey buttons to quickly zoom around the nine sections of the island.
- 4
  Drop a child under the age of 14 onto the tablet to collect it. Children are the only villagers capable of collecting items, so make sure you always have a few kids on your island.
