How to Mod a Kamen Rider Engine Blade in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

"Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" is an open-world action-adventure game that gives PC owners of the game a great deal of flexibility and customization by its support of player-created mods. These mods can range from changing simple aesthetics, such as the type of car you are driving, to completely game-play-altering mods, such as turning the game's citizens into hostile Kamen Riders. The Kamen Rider Engine Blade replaces many of the game's civilians with a cybernetic gang that wears jumpsuits and carry massive swords, among other weapon armaments.

  Download the "Kamen Rider Blade" mod from MediaFire.com. The mod is free to download and is a compressed format.

  Extract the files using the file extraction program of your choice, such as ExtractNow, WinZip or WinRAR. To extract the files, right-click the compressed folder, click "Extract..." and choose the directory you would to extract the files to. Any directory will do for now.

  Rename the "Blade.dff" and "Blade.txd" files to "hymbe.dff" and "hymbe.txd," respectively. To rename the files, right-click each file and click "Rename."

  Start "GTA Garage Mod Manager." If you do not have it, the program is available for free from the developer's official site (see Resources). The purpose of the program is to easily install and update mod files for any of the 3-D games in the "Grand Theft Auto" series, except "Grand Theft Auto IV." Once started, the program will boot to its main menu.

  Click "Manual Mod Installer" from the main menu. A standard Windows Explorer window will appear.

  Hold the "Shift" button and click on "hymbe.dff" and "hymbe.txd" to select both files. Click "OK" to load both of the files into the program.

  Click "Install" at the top of the screen. The program will automatically install the files, thus importing the Kamen Rider Blade character models.
