How to Reconstruct the Sarcophagus of a King From Fragments

The Sarcophagus of Kings is a special item included with the "The Sims 3: World Adventure" expansion pack for "The Sims 3." Unlike most items that you purchase for your Sim's home, such as furniture and appliances, you must reconstruct the Sarcophagus of Kings from fragments that you find while completing quests in Egypt. Once you have collected five sarcophagus fragments, you can use them to rebuild the sarcophagus, then place it as a decoration in your Sim's house.

Instructions

  Click the "Buy" icon or press "F2" to enter Buy Mode in "The Sims 3" to view the inventory of items available for purchase. Scroll through the items and buy Carter's Display Case XL Edition. This item costs 1,250 Simoleons.

  Place the display case anywhere in your home so that the Sim can walk up to the front of it and interact with it. Click on the case and it will open. Set all five of the sarcophagus fragments in the case.

  Click the case again, then select the "Start" option. Click "Irreversible Transfiguration" to combine the fragments. This process costs an additional 500 Simoleons.

  Watch the brief animation, then click the display case. Once the process is complete, the Sarcophagus of Kings moves into your inventory as if you had purchased it from the store.
