How Can I Cast Silver in RuneScape?

Crafting is a part of the core gameplay of the online role-playing game, "RuneScape." Crafting gives you access to some of the most powerful items, weapons and armor in the game, and you need to engage in it to complete a large number of the quests. One form of crafting is casting silver into new items --- typically Holy Symbols, Unholy Symbols, Silver Sickles, Lightning Conductors or tiaras.

  Gather the materials you need. All silver crafting requires a silver bar, a common item dropped by monsters and available in most stores at a nominal fee. The only other item you need is the mold for your desired item. Except for the Holy Symbol, all silver molds are available only to paid members.

  Go to a furnace. Most blacksmith shops in towns will allow you to use their furnace for crafting for a small fee that varies from town to town.

  Click on the furnace. A menu will appear showing the items you can craft. If you have enough skill, you can cast the silver using the furnace, your mold and your silver bar. If you have a crafting skill of 23, you can make any silver item in the game.
