How to Make a Castle Mod for Oblivion

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is the sequel to The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, an RPG (role-playing game) from Bethesda Softworks. Players complete a main quest, fight monsters, explore the world and join factions like thief and mage guilds. Mods (modifications) add features to the game. The Oblivion Castle mod adds a castle by the Orange Road, northeast of Chorrol, which includes living and storage space for the character and NPC (non-player character) servants.

     Download the Oblivion Castle mod online. Unzip the file with an unzipping program like WinZip.

     Install the Oblivion Castle mod on your computer. Open the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion game to use the mod.

     Buy the castle for 100,000 gold. If you can't afford this currently, live in the castle's southwest tower for free until you can. Keep the key to enter the castle, as you'll have to reinstall the mod if you lose it.
