How to Install Locomotives on 'RailWorks'

"RailWorks 2" is a train simulator for Windows computers. The simulator presents a highly realistic simulation of a real train system. Similar to Microsoft's Train Simulator, Railworks 2 also allows add-ons for new engines and accessories. Players can purchase new engines and in-game products from Steam.

Instructions

      Purchase engine upgrade file. Download the file to the computer (see Resources).

      Open Railworks 2. Right-click the mouse on the "Package Manager" tab on the top navigation menu.

      Right-click on the "Install" button on the right side of the screen.

      Select the correct engine file name from the list of available files. Right click on the "OK" button.
