How to Save Game & Keyboard Controls for Gran Theft Auto IV

If you own "Grand Theft Auto IV" for the PC, you have the option of using a keyboard or a USB controller to play the game. Although using a USB controller can make it feel more like a console game, PC gamers will likely prefer traditional keyboard controls. If you're not thrilled with the default keyboard controls for "Grand Theft Auto IV," use the controls configuration menu to customize the keys to your own preference.

  Press "Esc" to pause the game. Use the mouse to highlight the "Controls" option on the settings menu. Click "Controls" to open the menu.
