How to Make Gold in Aion

"Aion" features a streamlined crafting system compared to other online role-playing games. Instead of having multiple skills needed to harvest multiple resources, such as gold, you need only one skill that is available to you at the beginning of the game -- Essencetapping. By using Essencetapping, it is possible to make gold ore from gold nodes that you can then use to craft weapons and armor. To harvest gold ore, you must have an Essencetapping skill of 160 points.

Instructions

  Locate a gold node. You can find these nodes in the Crimson Barrens, the Forsaken Isle or the Red Lava Cliff.

  Double-click the node while standing next to it to begin harvesting the gold ore within.

  Stand still while the node is being harvest. Moving your character, or getting attacked, cancels the harvesting. When the blue "Success" bar at the bottom of the screen fills first, the harvesting is successful, and a gold ore is automatically placed into your inventory. If the red "Failure" bar fills first, the harvesting fails, and you receive nothing.
