The Grand Theft Auto series by Rockstar Games includes "GTA 3," a game rated "M" for Mature. The PC version of GTA 3 allows players to make characters like Goku from Dragonball with customizable player character skins. It is possible to download and install skins online, but requires a personal computer with at least a Pentium III 450 CPU, 64MB of RAM, a 16MB Direct3D video card, DirectX 8.1 audio system and a fully compatible sound card, an 8X CD ROM, 500MB of free hard disk space, and a Windows 98 operating system.

Download a Goku skin file for GTA 3 on the Internet. If you don't already have software like IMGTool, download an image editor on the Internet, too.

Open the "gta3.img" file folder with your image editor. Rename the file "player.dff" to another name of your choice, as long as it still ends in .dff.

Import the Goku skin file to the "gta3.img" file folder. Rename the Goku skin file "player.dff."

Close your image editor. Place the .bmp file that comes with your Goku skin file download into GTA 3's "Skins" folder, and the process is complete.
