Locate all the picture pieces on your list. However, it's best to leave one object on your list unfound. The game is set up so you move to the next level once you have found all of the items on the list. You need to find additional picture pieces to solve other clues in the game. If you find all the list items before you find all the picture pieces, you won't get them all. To keep this from happening, always leave one list item unfound until you have found all the picture pieces for a level.
Look for any question marks in each level. Clicking on the question marks reveals a hint that pertains to something in the level that has yet to be uncovered. Each level has two question marks. Make sure to leave one list item unchecked until you have uncovered both question marks.
Interact with as many objects as you can. If there is an item on your list that you can't find, try using the items in your inventory on objects in the scene. Sometimes they will make things happen that will cause an object to appear. For example, use a light bulb on a light socket, a bucket under a faucet or a screwdriver with a screw.
Talk with everyone you come across in each room. With each character you talk to, you receive a different clue for something in the room they are in.
Find all the codes and numbers in various rooms and locations because you may need them later on in the level. For example, in the police station, you'll find a mini golf course on the right-hand side of the floor. Click on it and you'll find a piece of paper with a code on it. You will use this code on the safe in the police station.
