How to Mod a Septerra Core

Developer Monolith Productions released "Septerra Core: Legacy of the Creator" on the PC in 1999. Unlike most PC games, "Septerra Core" does not have any user-made modifications available to download for it, due to the tools never being released. However, it is still possible to modify the game through the use of cheat codes. Unlike normal cheat codes, these codes modify aspects of the game's code, such as turning the enemy A.I. off, showing the enemies statistics or instantly killing all enemies on screen. These codes can be entered any time during the game.

Instructions

  Press "F12" on your keyboard to open the command window, located at the bottom of the screen.

  Type "IAMAREALWEENIE" into the command window and press "Enter."

  Press "F12" to open the command window again. You must open the command window each time you wish to input a code, as it closes automatically after the code is entered.

  Type "MAKETHEMSTOPMOMMIE" and press "Enter" to turn off the enemies' A.I. The enemies no longer attack or move, allowing you to easily defeat them.

  Type "ENEMIES" and press "Enter" to show the statistics of the enemies, such as their health and level.

  Type "MAPMAKER" and press "Enter" to receive a complete map of the area you are in.

  Press "Ctrl" and "F3" simultaneously to instantly kill all enemies on screen. You do not need to enter this into the command window, and you can press it any time after initializing the cheats with the "IAMAREALWEENIE" code.
