How Can I Spawn a Resistance Member in Half Life 2?

The Resistance refers to an underground network of citizens in the game "Half-Life 2" that is united in defeating the enemy Combine. You can spawn a member of the Resistance to aid you in the game by using a certain cheat code. Half-Life 2, a single-player first-person shooter video game, came out in 2004 for the PC and then for the Xbox in 2005 and the PlayStation 3 in 2007. The cheat only works on the computer version of the game.

     Press "~" to open the command console.

     Aim the in-game camera where you want the Resistance member to appear.

     Type "npc_create npc_citizen" and hit "Enter." The resistance member will spawn when you exit the console.
