By optimizing your mall's appearance, advertising, selection and staff, you'll create the ultimate experience for your customers.

      Promote your mall. Use the "Marketing and Promotion" menu to launch advertising campaigns through television, radio, newspaper, billboards or mail. Promotions within your mall can bring in extra customers as well. Use the grid and slider menus to set up promotions for your atrium, then select the month for your advertising. Research additional promotions to bring in even more customers.

      Increase the attractiveness of your mall. Check your mall's rating on the "Mall Information" menu. Add scenery, greeters, trash cans and employees to improve your rating.

      Perform some research to enhance your mall's offerings. Select the "Research" menu to explore new options in merchandise, mall improvement, employees and equipment or marketing and promotions. Once the research is finished, you'll have new choices for your selected area.

      Improve your mall's staff by utilizing the "Employees" menu. Here you can hire sanitation, security and greeters to welcome customers and keep your mall free of filth and crime. Do some research to gain access to faster and more effective employees.

      Monitor your current shoppers with the "Customers" button. There are nine demographics about which you can gather information: young male, young female, adult male, adult female, senior male, senior female, low income, middle income and high income. Check each group to determine your mall's strengths and weaknesses. Add new stores if your customer count is lacking in a particular area. Click on a customer in your mall to gather even more information. Use this method to see the customer's gender, age, money, hunger, opinion of crowds and security, destination and purchases.
