How to Get the Carrot Ship in Tyrian 2000

"Tyrian 2000" is a top-down arcade shooting game released in 1999 for PC. It is an update of the original game that was released in 1995 and includes an extra episode as well as other new features. In 2004 the game was released again as freeware, making it legal to download it from websites such as Good Old Games and Camanis. The game is known for a range of secret ships that players can use in the "Super Arcade" mode. One of these is "Foodship 9" which looks like a giant carrot, and the cheat code to get it is exactly the same as in the original "Tyrian."

     Start the game and wait for it to load.

     Type the word "weird" on your keyboard once the title screen appears.

     Use the "Up" and "Down" arrow keys on your keyboard to select the episode in which you want to use the carrot ship, and then press "Enter."

     Select the "Easy," "Normal" or "Hard" difficulty setting and press "Enter." The words "Super Arcade Mode" will be displayed along with a picture of the carrot ship. Press any key to go to the game menu.

     Select "Start Level" and press "Enter" to start playing the game using the carrot ship.
