How to Downgrade Aion to 1.5.1.15

"Aion" is an online game that allows users to play as winged creatures as they fight against the backdrop of a celestial war. When the game originally released, it still had an open beta function that allowed owners of the game to test new features that were to be installed in future patches. Players can still access many of these features, although many of them have been already implemented, by downgrading back to the patch 1.5 or 1.5.1.15.

Instructions

  Uninstall your current copy "Aion." If you have an upgraded copy, you will be unable to revert the game back to a previous patch.

  Insert your disc copy of "Aion" and install the game as you normally would. The installation will take a few minutes to complete.

  Download and install the " Aion CBT to OBT Client Patch" that is available exclusively at File Planet (see Resources). The file will patch your game to the open beta version. The installation will take several minutes.

  Download and install the Gamez Aion Launcher from the Aion website (see Resources). This program is needed to run and connect your version to the game's servers.

  Start the "Gamez Aion Launcher" by double-clicking its desktop application. The program will start.
- 6
  Double-click "Aion" to open the game's client. It will automatically begin patching to the newest version of Patch 1.5, which at the time of publication is Patch 1.15.1.15.
