Shorter Feast, Same Reward
Feasts are not just for filling your belly in "Stronghold 2: Deluxe Edition," nor are they for the festivities; these occasions are used to boost your Honor points. However, there is a way to increase your honor without having to sit through another feast. Click on the castle keep in the middle of a feast and then select the button that appears that reads "Return to Keep." The feast will end instantly, but the Honor gained will be the same as if it had carried on until the end.
Infinite Cash
Build a monastery once you have enough wood and 1,000 gold. Place the monastery in position and immediately pause the game with the "P" button. In the bottom left corner of the screen is an icon named Rubber; click it repeatedly. Every time you click this icon, 1,000 gold is added to your current gold. When you are finished, just push the "P" key again to restart gameplay.
Super Horse
Select your king and get him to the ground if he is not already there. For example, he could be in the tower. Select the "Get on the Horse" icon to make one of your horses run over to the king. Click the same icon repeatedly when the horse gets closer. The king will jump onto the horse, but the animal will walk away as if he didn't. You have now created a super horse than can take 10 times as much damage in battle.
Alternate Greetings
Type "Lord Seth" as your name when you begin a new game. Every time you play the game, you will hear the welcome "Greetings Lord Seth" instead of the normal welcome "Greetings sire." Enter "Nannertron" for a name and you will hear "Greetings Lady Anne" instead. Change the date on your computer to April 1 to be greeted with "Gadzooks, why, if it isn't April Fool's day!" Set the date as July 4 to hear the greeting message "Happy Fourth of July, my Lord."
