"The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion" is a first-person fantasy-based role-playing video game released by Bethesda for the computer in 2006. Like most of Bethesda's other games, "Oblivion" uses a developer's console that allows you to modify the game to a certain extent. For example, you can spawn any pre-existing non-player character (NPC) to your exact location wherever you are. This can be done by using the "PlaceAtMe" command function.
