Who Cloak
Head over to the building with the sleeping policeman at the door and the sign reading "030." Sneak over to the door, enter the building and then exit it. Walk over to the telephone booth and change outfits; you can wear the Who Cloak. This item allows you to enter the post office.
Hidden Presents
Go over to the group of children dancing in Whoville. Take out your rotten egg launcher and shoot the children with it to make them scatter. Fire your rotten egg launcher at the device playing music too. Walk into the area where the kids were dancing to find secret presents. Stay in Whoville and shoot your rotten egg launcher at the wall of ice to reveal hidden presents. There is also a present at the top of the town Christmas tree.
Unlock Mini-Games
Once you have destroyed 750 gifts, go to the top level of Mount Crumpit to unlock the mini-game called Spin 'n' Win. Eliminate twice as many presents to unlock the mini-game Pankamania at the upper floor of Mount Crumpit. Head to the same place when you have destroyed 2,500 presents, to unlock the Copter Race Contest mini-game. Add 500 more gifts to this tally and complete 100 percent of the game to get the mini-game Bike Race. Head to the workshop with the sleigh inside and look behind the bookcase to play this game.
Gameshark Cheats
Gamehark is the name of videogame cheating software. The cheats in the section are only applicable if you own a copy of Gameshark. Enter the code "800100AA 00FF" into your Gameshark software to unlock all of the game's levels so you can play them whenever you desire. For an unlimited amount of Rotten Eggs, which is ammunition for the rotten egg launcher, enter "80010058 00C8." To stop the game timer, simply input the code "8008F6CA 002B." Enter "8001005A 0BB8" to receive the 3,000 presents in the game without collecting them.
