How to Heal in Torchlight

The action role-playing game "Torchlight" was released for the PC in 2009. In "Torchlight" your character descends into the mines at the outskirts of town to destroy an ancient evil. Fighting enemies is inevitable and eventually your character becomes injured. Your health is displayed at all times by the red orb at the bottom of the screen. When you are seriously injured you can heal yourself at any time by using a health potion. This potion, when used, recovers a portion of your health instantly.

Instructions

  Purchase potions in town from Tom the merchant, located at the center of town. The cost of the potion varies according to the size, ranging from 30 to 200 gold. A larger-sized potion heals more of your damage.

  Left-click any empty skill slot at the bottom of the screen to the left and right of your health orb.

  Click the icon of the health potion. This is a vial with red liquid inside of it.
- 4
  Press the number key or right-click the skill slot to use the potion. For example, if your health potion is placed in the first skill slot, press the "1" key on your keyboard to use the potion. One potion is consumed from your inventory each time the key is pressed.
