How to Uninstall Mods in Unreal Tournament 3

"Unreal Tournament III," a first-person shooter video game, was released for the PC in 2007. Like most games in its genre, "Unreal Tournament III" has many fan-made modifications, or mods, that change a variety of features about the game. These mods can edit or create new weapons, maps, game modes or completely overhaul the game creating something different altogether. There are two ways to uninstall a mod, depending on how the mod creator has packaged their mod. You can uninstall the mod automatically through Windows or delete the mod manually if no listing for the mod exists.

Instructions

    • 1

Click the "Start" menu, located in the bottom left corner of the Taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

    • 2

    • 4

Locate the name of the mod you wish to uninstall in the alphabetical list provided. Click the mod name and click "Uninstall" at the top of the window to have Windows uninstall the mod for you. If the mod is not in this list, you must uninstall the mod manually by deleting all its files.
