How to Fly a Concorde on FSX

"Flight Simulator X" ("FSX") is an airplane simulator by Microsoft for the PC that emphasizes realism and pin-point detail. The Concorde is a supersonic jet available for the game via download. Use the Concorde by downloading the files and extracting them into your "Flight Simulator X" folder.

      Access the FSDownload website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Flight Simulator X Downloads." Open the link "FSX Aircraft" under the "All Categories" heading. Scroll down and open the "FSX Concorde with 5 Paint Jobs" link under the "Most Popular" heading.

      Download the zip file. Save the folder in a place you can easily access, such as your desktop. Download a free extractor program, such as the ones at the 7-Zip website. Extract the files from the saved folder after installing the extractor program.

      Copy the extracted files by pressing "Ctrl" and "C" simultaneously. Paste the files using "Ctrl" and "V" simultaneously into the Airplane folder of your "Flight Simulator X" program folder. Copy the contents of the Effects folder and paste them into the main "Flight Simulator X" Effects folder.

      Load the game to fly the Concorde from the list of available planes.
