Navigate to the DCS2 Support Center web page. From here, you can speak directly to a customer representative, sometimes known as a Game Manager, about your issue.
Click the "Open New Ticket" button. A form opens on a new web page.
Fill out the form's fields and provide a detailed message about wanting to reset your character. Include the name of your character and any information that can assist the representative, such the name of your account. A representative reads your ticket and responds to you typically within a few days.
Reply to the customer service representative, if necessary. Many times, representatives request for additional information to ensure you the owner of the character and have the right to reset the character.
