How to Set GMod Up for Source SDK

"Garry's Mod" is a fully customizable physics program that functions less like a game and more like an open toolbox for players to entertain themselves. Developed on the same Source engine Valve uses for all of its games, players can set up "Garry's Mod" to load in Source SDK, Valve's open-source program that lets you create maps for its games. However, because it is not a Valve game, "Garry's Mod" does not have its own configuration by default; you must set it up manually.

Instructions

Open Steam. Click "Library" and select "Tools" in the drop-down menu.
