Cheats for Lemmings Revolution

"Lemmings Revolution" is a puzzle video game released for personal computers in 2000. Players take control of a group of lemmings that each have specific abilities. Using these abilities, players must guide them all through the puzzles that wait. While the puzzles become more challenging, players can take advantage of tips and secrets that will make gameplay easier.
  1. Setting Tasks While Paused

    • While playing "Lemmings Revolution," you will be required to issue commands to various lemmings on the fly. This will become difficult because you will not have ample time to think and respond to what's going on. To slow down the game and give yourself a chance to think and issue commands, press the "P" button. This will pause the game. Now move the cursor around to select different lemmings you need to move. Click on the lemming you need and issue an order to that character. When you press the "P" button to reactivate the game, the lemming will follow your command. This will help you save time and keep you from having to replay various stages.

    Stop Forward Motion

    • When lemmings are dropped into the puzzle, they continue to move forward until they are stopped by a wall, pit, trap or death. Players have the option of using "blocker" lemmings to hold their lemmings in place. However, later stages in the game will not allow you to use this command, so you must think of other ways to stop lemmings before they march to their death. Place diggers or miners directly in front of your lemmings to cause them to fall into the hole. Doing so will keep them in a safe location until you are ready to advance them through the puzzle. However, make sure that the diggers and miners have a stopping point because they will keep digging a hole until they can no longer progress.

    Avoiding the Weasels

    • When weasels begin to attack your lemmings they can quickly cause havoc. Causing them to fall into water is one way to avoid their attacks, but another trick is easier pull off and will work every time. Use a digger or a miner to create a hole big enough to hold the weasel. When the hole is deep enough the weasel will fall in and will not be able to climb back out, trapping him for the rest of the stage. Sometimes you will be able to rescue your lemming by having him climb out the other side, but you may have to sacrifice him to the weasel to save the rest of your group.

    View the Level

    • Use the pause option to stop a stage before it begins. This will help you view the landscape and formulate a plan before the lemmings are dropped and you have to start issuing commands. Quickly press the "P" button at the start of the stage to pause the stage. Scroll the mouse cursor throughout the whole level to give yourself the chance to see exactly what awaits.
