Cheats for The Creature of Kapu Cave

Aloha Necklace Task

• Nancy gets her first task almost as soon as she reaches Hawaii. When talking to Nancy about the keys for her rental car, Big Island Mike says he'll only give them to her if she makes him an Aloha necklace. To make the necklace, you must find various shells hidden around the beach. Two are located by the small pool, one in the dark sand on the beach, one at the base of the coconut tree, one by the log under the doc and one near the starfish you find walking from the tree to the dock.

Collecting Frass

• In this game, Nancy is the research assistant to Dr. Quigley Kim for the duration of her stay in Hawaii. For her first assignment with the doctor, she must collect samples from the four traps placed around the jungle area. Once she has collected the samples, Nancy is to return to the camp and separate the frass from the seeds in the samples by using the microscope. A clipboard in Nancy's inventory will help you identify the different elements in the samples. Count the number of seeds found in the samples, weigh the frass and enter both numbers on a chart attached to the clipboard.

Fertilizing Plants

• Throughout the game, you must perform tasks to obtain an item or information. At one point in the game Nancy needs an important item from Dr. Craven at the Hilihili Research Facility, and in exchange she wants Nancy to fertilize a series of plants. You must solve this puzzle by trial and error, because the puzzle involves pressing seven different-colored levers, which each affect the flowers differently. To get started, press the orange lever first, and then press the green button after each pressed lever.

Elements Cave Puzzle

• At one point in the game, Nancy enters a cave with a long winding path. As Nancy walks down the path, she hears several sounds: water, wind, fire crackling and crumbing. When she reaches the end of the path, she finds a series of pictures carved into the stone. These pictures must be pressed in a specific order. The sounds you heard earlier correspond with the pictures on the stone, and the order you heard the sounds is the order in which you must press the pictures. If you missed the order the first time, you can go back and walk the path again to memorize the order.
