"Medieval II: Total War" is a game released exclusively for the computer that implements turn-based gameplay and battles using real-time strategy. It is the only game in the series that uses GameSpy as its exclusive method of connecting with other players online. If you want to create another profile nickname for yourself as you play "Medieval II: Total War," you must change the profile name directly on the GameSpy website.

     Click "Log In" and sign in using your GameSpy credentials.

     Click "GameSpy," followed by "Edit Profile." This is on the top of the Web page.
