How to Cancel Totems in World of Warcraft

Totems are unique tools given to the shaman class in the "World of Warcraft" online video game. Totems allow a shaman to effect the battlefield in a variety of ways, such as slowing down all enemies near the totem, to providing defensive buffers to the shaman and her allies. The needs of the shaman can change quickly in combat, and a previously placed totem may become a liability. In this case, the shaman can choose to cancel a totem, clearing it from the game.

     Click the totem spell in your spell bar to place the totem.

     Hover your mouse over the icons on your screen until you locate the one that represnts the totem effect you want to cancel.

   • 3

     Right-click the icon to cancel the totem.
