How to Get to the Last Beam in Darksiders for the PS3

In the PlayStation 3 game, "Darksiders," players work to uncover three beams of light that are imprisoning Azreal, the God of Death. The beams are in the possession of three guardians, each of which must be defeated to release the God. The final beam of light that players must find is held by the Tower Guardian boss. Defeat him, and the last blue beam of light will lead you to Azreal in the land of Eden.

Instructions

- 1
  Progress through "Darksiders" until you reach the Tower Guardian boss at the The Black Throne, in Part 3, Act 14 of the storyline.

  Head to either side of the room where you are fighting the Tower Guardian. There, you will find three orange pads, onto which you can create portals.

  Lure the Tower Guardian to either of the walls containing orange portal pads.

  Use your voidwalker to create three portals, one on each of the orange pads of the wall where you have lured the Tower Guardian.

  Wait for the Tower Guardian to perform an overhead smash move, after which he will be immobilized for a few seconds.

  Run through the lowest of the three portals on the wall. You will exit the portal above the Tower Guardian.

  Pilot War over the Tower Guardian's head while he is temporarily stunned, pressing the "Action" button to damage him.

  Smash the Tower Guardian while he stumbles after your initial hit.
- 9
  Replace three portals on the orange pads of one wall. After the Tower Guardian regains his footing from being hit, the portals you made will have disappeared.
- 10
  Repeat steps 3 through 8 until the Tower Guardian is defeated. After defeating the Tower Guardian, the last beam of light will appear from his corpse.
