How to Import on The Sims 3

"The Sims 3" is a customizable computer game developed by Electronic Arts and Maxis. When the game was released in 2009, Electronic Arts included an online store from which players could purchase in-game items and import them directly into the game after the transaction. The store and the game's launcher are designed to work seamlessly with one another, automatically loading purchased items into the launcher with minimal further action required.

     Go to the "Sims 3" store page.

     Search for any item and click it.

   • 3

     Click "Buy Now!" to purchase the item. Confirm your purchase to use your pre-purchased SimPoints. Wait for your launcher to automatically open to the "Downloads" tab.

     Click the check mark box next to your newly purchased item. Click "Install" to import it into your game.
