How to Create New Civilizations in Civilization III

In the video game "Civilization III," players explore a map, expand territory, exploit any resources or terrain, and defeat enemies. Players start at the dawn of history and found a civilization, then advance through the future to rule the world. Sometimes though players might be dissatisfied with the civilizations that come with the game and want to add another such as, Atlantis. This can be done with the civilization editor. It allows players to change many things about the game. There is an editor for the original game and for each of its two expansions. They come with the game and can be found in the games/expansions folder.
