List of Medieval 2 Levels

"Medieval II: Total War" is a strategy game set in the Middle Ages. The player picks one country's army to control from the following options: Almohads, Byzantines, Danes, Egyptians, English, French, Germans, Italians, Polish, Spanish, Russians and Turkish. Each country offers different types of land, buildings and units with which to wage war on the surrounding provinces. These provinces make up all of the levels in the game.
  1. A-F

    • Algeria, Anatolia, Anjou, Antioch, Aquitaine, Arabia, Aragon, Armenia, Austria, Bavaria, Bohemia, Brandenburg, Brittany, Bulgaria, Burgundy, Carpathia, Castile, Champagne, Chernigov, Constantinople, Cordoba, Corsica, Crete, Crimea, Coratia, Cyprus, Denmark, Edessa, Egypt, Finland, Flanders, Franconia and Friesland are some of the provinces available in this game. The exact armies that occupy these provinces will vary depending on which army you choose and during which period you are playing the game.

    G-L

    • The next set of provinces are Genoa, Georgia, Granada, Greece, Hungary, Ile de France, Ireland, Jerusalem, Khazar, Kiev, Leon, Lesser Armenia, Libya, Lithuania, Livonia and Lorraine. By choosing "Early Period," "High Period" or "Late Period when starting the single player campaign, you can change the landscapes. The later the period you select, the more expansion has been achieved by enemy armies. They will stretch across more of these provinces than in earlier periods and will be harder to defeat.

    M-R

    • More provinces include Malta, Mercia, Milan, Moldavia, Morocco, Muscovy, Naples, Navarre, Nicaea, Normandy, Northumbria, Norway, Novgorod, the Papal States, Pereyaslvl, Poland, Pomerania, Portugal, Provence, Prussia, Rhodes, Rome, Rum and Ryazan. These are more provinces that may be occupied by one of the various countries that are vying for control in this game. The Papal States in particular are home to the Pope, one of the most powerful leaders in Medieval history. An alliance with the Pope offers the benefit of sanctioned crusades.

    S-Z

    • Sardinia, Saxony, Scotland, Serbia, Sicily, Silesia, Sinai, Smolensk, Swabia, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Toulouse, Trebizond, Triploi, Tunisia, Tryolia, Valencia, Volga-Bulgarta, Volhynai, Wales, Walachia and Wessex complete the list of provinces. Dispatch your soldiers into these provinces that you do not control in an effort to take them for your own. With the Pope on your side, you can start crusades which are massive incursions of knights and other soldiers into enemy territories. This makes claiming these provinces easier for you.
