Press the tilde key while playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. You can find the tilde, or "~", key on your keyboard next to the "1" key. This will open the console.

Type "r2_sun off" in the console.

Press the ENTER key on your keyboard to disable all weather effects, such as lightning storms and rain.
