How to Build a Herald of Xotli

A Herald of Xotli is a character that can be built and played on the online game "Age of Conan." Gamers play a galley slave who has washed onto the shore of an unknown island. Players must play alone at the beginning of the game, although they can talk to other players. Eventually a multiplayer mode is opened and you can play as a Herald of Xotli. The Herald of Xotli is a character class that has some characteristics of a soldier and some characteristics of a mage.

  Open Age of Conan. Choose a server you wish to play on to enter the Character Creation screen.

  Select the prompt to create a new character.

  Choose the character's gender and set the character's race to Stygian.

  Select the "Mage Archetype" for your character's class. Choose "Herald of Xotli" in the submenu.

  You will start the game on the beach. Stay in this area until you have progressed your Herald of Xotli to Level 3. The armor for this character is quite weak and he will have trouble fighting the groups encountered in the jungle.

  Upgrade your armor frequently. This character is only allowed light armor, so you will want to make every available upgrade to build a strong Herald of Xotli.
