Tradewinds 2 Instructions

Open the Tradewinds 2 game on whatever device you have it installed on. Once the program is open, click or tap on "Story Mode" to begin a version of the game with specific tasks and challenges, or "Free Trade Mode" to play a version of the game that is open and allows you to do anything you please.

Click or tap on the character that you wish to play as on the "Character Selection" screen. There are no statistical differences between the characters - just the way that you will appear in the game. Hover over each character to see a description before choosing if you wish.

Click or tap on any of the buildings that appear on the first port of the game. Each building has a different purpose. For instance, the "Freemarket" is where you can buy and sell goods, the "Grounds" are where you can accept tasks to complete and the "Tavern" is where you can talk to local people.

Click on the "Set Sail" button at the bottom of the screen to begin sailing. You will see a map along with your ship. Click on a town on the map to sail to that location. Once you reach the location, you will see the port screen with buildings that are described in Step 3.

Click on an opposing ship to fire at it if you encounter a battle while sailing. This will randomly occur as you move from port to port. Keep clicking on the opposing ships until they are sunk or you are. If you win, you will receive loot that you can use to purchase items while at a port.
