How to Get From Lion's Arch to Beacon's Perch

"Guild Wars" is considered a cooperative online role-playing game (CORPG), allowing gamers to play with friends online while retaining their own dungeons and region instances to play in. Parties of players must travel apart from other groups of players when moving between the cities of the Tyrian Kingdom. Beacon's Perch, part of the capitol Ascalon City, is connected by a pass to Lion's Arch, frequently among the most populated towns in the game.

Instructions

    • 1

Walk diagonally upward and eastward toward the middle of the region's map from Lion's Arch until you reach a large clearing, then swing back to the northwestern corner to reach Griffon's Mouth. Use anti-hex spells to avoid being slowed by any of the monsters here. If a member of your party has "To Kryta: Journey's End" active, also use anti-crippling spells, since the monsters will be different and use other abilities in this scenario.

    • 2

Travel east along the southern edgo of Griffon's Mouth until you reach a fork in the road. Continue on the path until you come to a large fork in the road. The left fork is a faster path, though with enemies that can potentially block your character and prevent movement (called bodyblocking). The right fork is a little longer, but less hazardous. Both lead to the region Deldrimor Bowl.

    • 3

Walk north and east around the mountain range on which sits Beacon's Perch. Use the path that follows the base of the mountainside. Turn south when the opportunity presents itself and ascend the hillside to Beacon's Perch. The enemies in this region don't pose much of a threat and can mostly be walked around in a wide arch to save time.
