"Fallout 3" is a role-playing game for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. Owners of the PC version of the game may notice they have more trouble running the game because of the many uncertain variables that come with running a PC game, such as what hardware your computer has. If you cannot see the menu when the game boots up, you are typically having some type of hardware failure, although a software error is not unheard of in the situation.
