How to Make Colored Names in Warcraft III

"Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos" is a real-time strategy that has a robust multiplayer mode in which players can design their maps. The maps can range from serious free-for-alls to numerous versions of board games. No matter which type of map you play though, players will always identify you by your name. One way to personalize your name in the game is to add some color to it. You will not be able to see the changes yourself, but anyone who is a fellow Garena member will see the name color change.

  Download Garena's Color Picker program. The program is available for free exclusively from Media Fire.

  Extract the downloaded folder with any file extraction program. You may extract the contents of the folder anywhere.

  Register a new account at Garena's website. Registration is free and requires some basic information; however, you will have to set the color your want to display on "Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos" when creating your user name. In the user name field, enter the command of the color you desire than followed by your name. For example, if you wanted red, you would enter .|c00ff0000MyNewName. The full color command list:

  Click "Register Now" to create the account.

  Download and install the "Garena" client. The program is available for free on Garena's official website.

  Run the "Garena" client by double-clicking the program's desktop icon.

  Log into the client with the account you created in Step 3.

  Start "Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos" by inserting the game's disc or double-clicking the desktop icon.

  Click the "Add new profile" button from the main menu. A window will appear.

  Type the name of your Garena profile and left-click on "Create." The profile will be created with the colored name.
