How to Skip Day and Night on Sims 2: Double Deluxe

The "Sims 2" is the second game in Electronic Arts' life simulation computer game franchise. Developed by Maxis, the game allows players to control the lives of their Sims while forming relationships, working or completing other various activities. All Sims age and move into different life stages. This causes some players to want to speed up the game play and skip days or nights to move the game along at a faster pace.

Instructions

  Open the "Sims 2" game. Select the family to start playing the game. Press the Pause button to pause the game once the game opens.

  Find the "Control," "Shift" and "C" keys. Hold these keys down at the same time, which will open the cheat window.

  Type "agesimscheat on" in the window (without the quotation marks). Select "Enter."
- 4
  Click on the Sim that will skip the days and nights. Select "Set Age" to skip the days and nights and go onto the next stage of life.
