How to Use Pre-Built Buildings in The Sims 3

"The Sims 3" allows players to create custom characters called Sims and design their Sim's home. However, if architecture is not your forte, the game provides you with several prebuilt homes into which you can move your Sim family. When choosing a prebuilt home, you can select a furnished home for an additional fee, so that you can quickly start playing with your Sim family instead of shopping for the home. Once you move into a prebuilt home, you can customize or renovate it to your liking.
