How to Set Up a RumblePad With Assassins Creed 2 for PC

One of the benefits to playing video games on a computer is that you have different choices over the controls used in your game. For example, in "Assassin's Creed II," you can choose between using the keyboard and mouse or a controller. The Rumblepad 2 controller, developed by Logitech, offers a wide array of compatibility with many PC games. To set up your Rumblepad 2 in "Assassin's Creed 2," you must do so from within the game.

  Plug your Rumblepad 2 controller into any USB slot on your computer.

  Launch "Assassin's Creed II."

  Click "Options" from the "Assassin's Creed II" main menu.

  Click "Customize Controls."

  Click the left or right arrow next to "Controller" at the bottom of the screen and select "Logitech Dual Action USB."

  Click the button of the control you wish to change.

  Press the button on the Rumblepad 2 you wish to assign to that action.

  Click "Accept" to save all changes.

  Click "Story Mode" to begin the game. Your Logitech Rumblepad 2 is now fully functional while playing "Assassin's Creed II."
