Cheats for The Sims 2 to Make All Happy

"The Sims" is a life simulation video game played on your PC. In "The Sims 2" you can develop relationships, get a job and have children, much like real life. A Sim's average life is 90 days, in Sims time. Sims grow old and eventually die. Being happy is important for such a short life. There are many ways to manipulate your Sim's life and well-being, just by typing a cheat code.
  1. Make All Happy

    • Open your Sims game and wait for it to load fully. Select your neighborhood, then an active character. You will be taken to your character's house. Type "Control," "Shift" and "C" at the same time to enable the cheat box; it will appear at the top of the page. Type "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true" and then click "Enter." Type "Shift" and left-click your Sim's mailbox at the same time and select "Make All Happy" from the choices. Type "Shift" and click the mailbox once more; select "Make Motives Static." This will keep all of your Sim's needs full until you quit the game.

    Get Lots of Money

    • Enter the cheat code "motherlode." in the cheats box and click "Enter." This will give 50,000 simoleons. To get to the cheat box while in live mode, press "Control," "Shift" and "C." Repeat until you have the desired amount of money.

    No Aging

    • To make your Sim stay the same age, type in "aging off" in the cheat box. Type "aging on" if you want to reverse the cheat. To kill your Sim, type in the "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true" code and then go to your Sim's needs and drag them all down until they are red. Your Sim should die right away.

    Turning Cheats Off

    • To get a list of all cheats, type in "help -all" and hit "Enter." Type "Exit" in the cheats box to remove it from the top of your game. To turn all cheats off and play the game normally, open the cheats box once again and type in "boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false."
